En Agosto pasado y a raiz del comienzo de los juicios por crímenes de lesa humanidad cometidos durante la dictadura militar de 1976 en Argentina, Ramón Verón, uno de los sobrevivientes, me encarga pintar los retratos de Hilda Cardozo, Susana Miranda y Ariel Morandi, quienes fueron detenidos entre los días 11 y 13 de mayo de 1978, y aún continúan desaparecidos.

Last august, and because of the start of the trials for crimes against humanity during 1976 military dictatorship in Argentina, Ramon Veron, one of the survivors, asks me to paint the portraits of Hilda Cardozo, Susana Miranda and Ariel Morandi, who were abducted in May 1978, and are still missing.
