"Shatter the last light of day,
for this landscape will never be again
as the one I once had,
as the dreams that I shed."

Dreams+Landscape.

October hasn't been a prolific month for me so far, artwise.
But, maybe because of a talk with =angelitonegro about dreams, and maybe because of a night of insomnia, this image popped in my head and I just had to get up and paint it.
I don't feel it's finished, so I might revise it later.

This is very different from my usual works, so I'd love to know what you think of it, and it would be great to hear your interpretation too.

*EDIT: Updated version with a lot more detail.
If you like it, let me know.

Cova.

Dreamscape by *artcova - I think it is a true masterpiece, very detailed and interesting in an unique way, because the artist followed what his mind was telling him. ( Suggested by ~angelitonegro and Featured by `archanN )

the first thing i thought when i saw this was: "Oooohh" LOL :P

the second thing was: Dali is counting sheep, trying to sleep :) it has a very soft, dreamlike feel to it which obviously fits perfectly with the ideas floating around in this, really beautiful :)

Beautiful interpretation of reality and dreams. I love how both spheres cross into each other so seamlessly!
